Triton Jade intermittent hot/cool cycling?

This does happen with every use.
I know the temperature is set by the rotary control which is basically a mechanical gate valve, so if flow rate and pressure do not vary, then how could this device cause the temp to cycle.
Any advice much appreciated, thanks

first try it with the shower head off.
you are activating the tco so it cycles hot/cold.
