Usually this happens when the filter has been bloked or partially blocked by a coin or small debris. The filter can be found at the bottom RHS of the machine, take off the front flap and unscrew the cap (watch out as it will be full of water), once the filter is free from water you will be able to establish if there is anything thats needs removing.
