How do I fix right indicatior switch Peugeot 206 2002?

it only goes on for 3-4 seconds and then the low beam light lights up on the dash

Faulty COMM2000. It's normal to just replace it but expensive. Some have tried taking it off, cleaning it up with WD40, and refitting. Not always successful though, but worth a try.
