triton madrid 2 electric shower?

the power light is on, but no water at all coming out. this is a brand new shower. any ideas?

yours has a faulty stabiliser valve.

test the solenoid coil for 230 v
if power is there test for resistance if the resistance
is to low the solenoid valve is faulty.
