Triton T200si water coming out of overflow?

When we switch on the shower water comes out of the shower head BUT also comes out of the overflow pipe down below. Consequently I am worried. Also it reduces the pressure.

What can I do

they don't have overflows it's a prd and needs changing as it's failed due to restricted flow from shower.
