Main oven fan not spinning in Electrolux EKC5544W?

The main (bottom) oven fan refuses to spin on any temperature. The rest of the oven seems to work as it should but because of the fan not spinning the thermal cut-out kicks in and shuts the oven down or could this be a different problem? I have had a look behind the fan cover and there is nothing catching or blocking it from spinning. Any ideas?

I had a look at it last night. Took out the motor and noticed the spinning part was stiffer than a board which was probably what burnt it out. Fan was slightly rusty in parts as well so I'll be ordering both parts. This model is nothing but trouble. As soon as the warranty ran out it fell apart, the top oven seal came off, the paint on the knobs peeled off as did the hob symbols, neon placers snapped and finally the oven fan all in the space of a month. Crazy huh? Anyway thanks for your help. Much appreciated!!

both front and back access is required to remove them as you have to remove the fan blade from inside and then remove the motor from the back

Thanks for the answer. Just one more question: Do you get to the fan motor from the front or the back?

the main oven fan must spin to work correctly.if it isn't a mechanical fault causing the fan not to rotate then it must be an electrical one.this will mean buying a new fan motor and fitting it.STOP using the oven with the fan not rotating as this causes heat stress on the element and will cause it to fail also!
