Hello Susie, if you can email info(at)vax.co.uk, with BLOG in the subject line, we will arrange for a user guide to be emailed to you so that you can use your machine. This will be quicker, and easier, than trying to explain how to set your machine up here.
If you need further help or advice, please call the Vax Customer Careline on 0844 412 8455 with your machine available, and an Advisor will be able to help you. The Vax Careline is open every day, from 8.30am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Outside of these times please check the website support section which includes videos to demonstrate how to deal with everyday problems such as changing filters and belts and checking for blockages.
