when I turn my handel bars, my throttle is jamming open as the cable is tensioning, I have adjusted the leaver to try and stop it happening, but even with a slack cable, it still over tightens
well its either the cable being too tight on the free play adjustment or the cable is routed wrong,when the handlebars are straight is there fre play at the twist grip?there should be about 2mm free play.
