My operating system is windows xp.The camera is a Ricoh Caplio G4. PC will not recognize camera anymore. I have uninstalled driver, and reinstalled latest driver from camera website.When camera is plugged in to usb computer makes a bing bong sound as if it knows the camera has been plugged in. I have checked in Device Manager for any yellow flags next to camera. But none. Please can you help.
