I have close the door and chech for the rabber but the error still appear and when open the dran to clean the rabber same smale shose has no (11) get out
please helpe me to solve this problem

DE or de is indicating that the machine has a DRAINAGE PROBLEM either the drain filter is blocked ,or the drain pipes. or even the drain pump. the machine should clear the water in a specific amount of time or (DE) or (de) is generated on the LCD display

clean the drain filter
check/clean out the hoses
clean the pump check its operation, a replacement may be required
