t reg freelander diesel cold start problem?

my freelander starts ok when hot but from cold it needs cold start spray,glow plugs show they are working,any ideas

May be a fault with one or more of the glow plugs. light will still go out given time but may have pre-heated one or two cylinders.
Suggest you get them checked
