Is it just wobby or what?
The screws are underneath sunk right in.
You will need to take off the screen bezel and remove the hinge from the display.
The screen bezel screws are behind all the rubber round cushions and the two small covers either side the dell logo.
You will also need to remove the plastic covers covering the green leds and stuff under the display. It all pops off, no screws. Removing the trim around the keyboard at the top also helps.
I'd check the are tight in the first place, because they might not be.
Also the LCD panel might also not be screwed into the cover properly.
Mine weren't.
That's a bezel off job again, because they are inside the display case.
I have an inspiron 8600 WUXGA display and am quite used to taking it apart now.
Mail me if you need to know more.
