first test that you have a good water supply OUTPUT to both supply pipes to machine
does machine powers on, yes
does the door lock,yes (if no change the door interlock )
the fill cycle should begin if taps are turned on.
if not the cold inlet solenoid valve needs replacing .they either work or not repair not possible
