Probably broken band, box out job. To move forward, hold the selector lever between gears. After a couple or seconds you should move in failsafe (3rd). This is tricky to drive like this so if you need to get it to repairer, unplug the gearbox computer. Its near the battery and has a purple slide on the connector.
