2002 Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi Zetec (115ps)- Low Torque?

Hi,

I'm not very satisfied with my torque power. I recently had a solid flywheel conversion kit put in after the DMF had failed, although the pulling power was still there.

However, I recently had to change a pressure control solenoid (sits on top of the engine with three pipes connected to it), as it was on its way out. I managed to find this from a scrap yard which came off a Mondeo TDCi.

Although I can feel the power, I don't seem to feel that sudden pull that I used to feel when I accelerate a little harder. I'm having to accelerate much harder than usual to pick up that rapid speed. I began feeling this lack of pull power even before changing the pressure control solenoid but a week after changing the DMF. I don't think the DMF is the problem.

I'm not sure whether this is a torque problem or something else. The servo pipe is fine and there is no engine management light.

Please help!

Thanks in advance
