Baumatic oven B187ss won't come on?

Power supply is on, digital clock comes on, when the oven function selector knob is turned on & the temp control knob turned on - nothing happens.
Oven element has been checked & is ok.
Could anyone please advise.

Have you set the clock time?.no power will go to oven without 1st setting the clock
