Peugeot 306 W reg. rear wiper stuck on intermitant wipe?

Was told I could take out fuse F24 to stop it temporarily - will that affect anything else?
Next step I suppose is to replace relay switch which must be stuck?

Thanks 'me'. It's stopped now, but will probably happen again so will replace relay then.

dont bother with fuse just replace the relay under the boot trim near wiper motor. or remove relay and dry it out and retry it.
