once you have pulled it out and rapped it round something what do you attack it too ???

I have lost the key for my boa lock could i get a new 1 put in??

after you have pulled it out you will see a black plastic part this pulls backwards and reveals how it locks to itself.

you should have a flat red key, this opens and closes the latch system, so you can pull it out, and when it slides back in the frame, you will here it click back in, it will not come back out unless you use the key= safety design the official name is a BOA lock
