Every couple of days I look in the washer and there's 2 inches of water standing in the bottom of the tub. I have been shutting off the spigots in the wall whenever I finish washing a load. How do I fix this problem? The washer is a GE 6 cycle, heavy duty that is about 14 yrs old.
