How can I fix my Ideal Isar HE24 Combi Boiler?

I have an Ideal Isar HE24 Combi Boiler. The central heating light is flashing but the boiler won't kick in and the pressure gauge is not moving. The hot water is ok and no fault is being indicated. Is it the water pressure that needs correcting?

Im sure there is a fault code on the Isar for low pressure.

What is the pressure indicator showing? It should be 1-1.5bar when cold.

Im sure a flashing burner neon is a demand delay?? Not sure tho
