Pro-Form 14.5 QM not working correctly?

I have a Pro-Form 14.5 QM treadmill model number: PETL63520. When weight is placed on the belt, it slips. The drive belt and pulley continue to turn and the walking belt and front roller stop. Any advice would be appreciated.
