I live in a very hard water area. is there any way that i can clean the water chamber inside the shower unit? I cannot stop the water coming out of the shower or will i have to replace a part? if so which part?

If the water is continually running when the power is isolated from the shower The fault lies with the solenoid valve This can be obtained from triton customer service on 0844 9800 750 around £35 You cannot descale the heatercan as this is a sealed unit and would have to be replaced
