don't know if you've got discs or drums on the back but the principle's the same, you need to chock the front wheels & jack up the rear of the car & find out if the cable needs a spray of wd40 or if the operating mechanism at the rear of either drum/caliper has seized on, be very sparing with spraying oil around this area as it could contaminate the brake linings inside the drum or on the caliper/disc. If you leave the wheels on it'll be easier to spin to check when the brakes are freed off.
