My kitchen mixer tap appears to have no grub screw or equivalent (under the hot/cold indicator plug hole) - no matter which direction the handle is pointing -that should hold the tap handle to the spindle; as it's leaking and stiff, how can the tap be dismantled?

Eventually I found a crusty grub screw inside the handle, so it's all removed and stripped, revealing a broken plastic cage for the ceramic cartridge.
Now I cannot find a telephone no. for the manufacturer, Astracast to obtain spares! All 'net listed nos. don't connect.
Frustrating...

The mixer i have (Misty) has a bolt that runs from the tap through the sink to where there is a nut (behind the 2 hot and cold hoses under under the sink), if it's the same, undo that nut and the whole tap will lift out
