it runs for about 15 mins. then its seems to choke itself then dies. Its like its not getting fuel. Have checked all lines ect, have fuel. Also the primer bulb stays depressed at times. Help please!! I have about 1 ton of logs to get thru!!

If the purge bulb stays in it means it cannot pull fuel from the carb, this is fuel starvation, clean replace the fuel filter in the tank, if no better a carb service is the next plan of action. It has to be said this is an entry level machine, and is not the sort of machine to have if you are reliant on it for your heating.
