ford escort 1600cc clicking noise at low speed????

noise at low speed like a clicking noise but its not the cv joints what could it be please ????

Stones in the tyre(s) especially if you've had new tyres recently, low speed & window(s) open you'll hear them, usually like a fast ticking noise.

may be brake pads rattling-try putting slight pressure on brake pedal when noise is on and see if it stops it!
