Hot water is not hot anymore it's just luke warm?

The hotwater in all our taps are just luke warm, what do i need to do to get the hot water back, is it something to do with the pressure. The pressure gauge is on 1. what do i need to do

sounds like dirty heat exchanger, the dirt preventing proper heat up for your flow. untill cleaned try not turning tap on as much to slow flow rate. may also be faulty thermistor stat
