Hi, I have this fault code flashing on my machine, have tried to get to the filter but cant. although there doesnt seem to be a blockage, as you cant even hear the pump trying to work, it was making an awful noise before it stopped. Would the drainage pump have stopped working? and how do you get it off and replace it? is it the part attached to the black filter pipe?

I had the same problem with mine. It turns out that a Kirby grip got stuck in the drain pump preventing it from working. I removed the Kirby grip and all fine now.
