How can I fix my Credaplan Europa twingrill/oven? The single and twingrill functions are no longer working. The unit is also an oven which is controlled by a separate control knob. The oven is working fine.

We have a manufacturer's leaflet for model nos 42204, 42104 and 42206/7, but I am unsure what model we actually have.
