Where are the elements in a Smeg DO4SS-5 oven?

the main oven of my smeg do4ss-5 does not seem to be reaching the correct temperature and is not getting hot enough. The light, fan and grill is working fine. Please can anybody help?
The top, smaller oven & grill is working fine too.

The main element is at the rear of the main oven space around the fan. To access it you need to take the chrome shelves and side supports out, then unscrew the large bolt to the right of the fan (all from the inside). To remove the element there are 2 small nuts on the rear (main back panel to remove first) plus a cross head screw on a supporting bracket (underneathe the element inside). A replacement element will cost £15 (or £45 for a SMEG replacement) from somewhere like ebuyer. Please note electrical isolation and manual handling considerations.
