losing power?
hi hope someone can help got a 125cc 4 stroke scooter when doing a steady 30mph it loses power a if i have let go of the throttle then it regains its just as if there is a blockage cleaned carb,changed gasket on the manifold made sure air filter was back on also i am having problems starting the scooter on a morning it`s got a new plug and battery
