My video camera shows everything blurry and won't zoom in or out. It will play back videos I have recorded when it worked but now everything is blurry and I can't take snapshots anymore either, how do I fix it?

Email customer support JVC because several different models have CCD imager problems and they are offering free repairs on some models. Like my GRD-70U was having the LENS CAP problem, well they emailed me the website to find out if I qualified for free repairs and I did, so I packed that bad boy up and it left last week and its getting fixed right now.

sound like you dropped it. The lenshutter focus and zoom are little motor and come it a complete assy. take it to warehouse photo store and they can send it out cost about 125.00 and will take a few weeks.
