hello
i have just moved into a house with a Veritas alarm. From what ive read on the net i think its a Veritas 8 alarm. The keypad is lit and it shows a red lite under Zone 1. I know the code but when i press any key on the keypad there is no indication, i.e. no beep etc. The previous owner assures me the alarm worked fine,
any ideas?
