Triton Spellbind power problem?

I have a Triton Spellbind shower. The blue light is on and shows power to the shower but when I press the on button nothing happens any ideas?

could be the control pcb the on/off button on the board.
or a main fault on the power pcb.

would need to see to do some checks on both boards.
