HOOVER HP13 - no final spin?

Help, my hoover hp13 is not doing its final spin! i have a washing machine full of wet clothes with about a third of water still left in it. :(

check you are not using a rinse hold programme.!if sure
just remember a machine MUST get rid of the water before attempting to try to spin, so check filter, clean it ,check the pump is clear,
