caravan reich trend e mixer tap?

how do I replace the spout on a trend e mixer tap or how do I replace the whole tap

mine just pulled of but there is a grub screw at the bottom (underneath) that should be undone. To remove the whole tap you need to get to the large nut underneath the worktop.
