Kenwood bm250 problem?

Hi. I have a Kenwood BM250 that is stuck on one program. Is there anyway to reset this or should I just take it to a recycling point. Thanks. Gary.

Hold the on/off button on the top and then turn on with the rocker switch at the back. It has just happened to me.
