This is for the HAIER FRIDGE/FREEZER model number HSBS5621S . Red water light on, and yes I do agree about changing the filter BUT, I believe there is other things that need to be looked at as well. If you have tank water change the filter at the pump first then run the pump for a while with the external old filter removed and water running on the ground hopefully your filter is external of course, if you can't get the old filter off the line, cut white thin tube with scissors as you know the replacement filters are available on ebay . when reconnecting look for in and out on the filter . Now at this time I recommend do this as well BUT IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT DON'T First before you do any thing turn power off and remove plug from the out let ,remove metal panel from behind fridge about 8 screws and looking inside with a TORCH only, you may see a lot of dust and gunk in the water container remove the gunk with paper towel , vacuum as much as possible and look at the plastic tube on the right hand side that maybe blocked with gunk even if it is not give it a clean just remove the screw pull the tube down gently and it will come out, look at the rubber thing at the bottom and make sure it is clean before putting it back . I also got the air compressor out as well but if you do, don't blast the shit out of it, also while being very careful try a little window cleaner on the fan blades , now I did say careful, do not drown it and rub very gently make sure you do not exert any pressure on the fan spindle or motor and do not wet any electrical parts , clean metal cover and screw on. Don't forget to clean the floor before putting the fridge back , make sure your hands are dry before plugging fridge in .You will notice the red light will more than likely still be on.. press and hold down the first 2 buttons on the left hand side ( fuzzy and quick freeze ) listen for the ding ,ding at this time you will notice the ice and drink lights change take fingers off buttons now, try to press the quick freeze and the select button at the same time and hopefully the light will change to green .The reason I said try is because this is the first I did this and just fiddled if that did not work try fuzzy and select
