bike struggle to start.when she is runnning on full throttle stays on 2000rpm.when in first gear some times rpm picks up or just dies.please need help.thanks!;)

i would say the carb slides are not opening,they are on a spring and diaphragm system take the air box off and put you finger into the back off one the carbs one at a time and see if you can push the slides upwards and see if they come down slowish too after you have pushed them up.
