saunier f24e,heating not working?

i have a sunier duval f24e,the hot water works fine but when i try to use the central heating the boiler will run for about 30second then cut off and then will try to restart and do the same again.

Watch the water temp see if that rises rapidly, also check to see if the ch pipes directly below the boiler are getting hot, then let me know.
