Indicators sometimes work?

All indicators sometimes work but when they don't makes a buzzing sound and headlamps may not come on my peugeot speedfight 49cc

Sounds like the relay is sticking. Replace that and it should be okay. Or if you feel up to it, open the relay casing and clean the contacts.
