my fridge will not go cold on electric power?

i have an electrolux 212b and it will not go cold. The heater works fine and it has a new thermostat can you help

the fridge needs a new elemant make shore you ask for the 240v one as the fridges have a 12v one too you can get the from most caravan shops for around 20 to 30 pounds
