renault 2002 espace alarm fault,again and again and again?

the alarm on the espace keeps on sounding.passing vehicles,high winds etc set it off.have had the sensitivity turned right down with no change.does anyone know of a solution or how to remove the alarm altogether.myself and my neighbours would be grateful of any info,cheers.
