Took 7 screws off shredder head and removed excess paper jammed in unit which was causing resistance. Turned on after reassembly and motor started to hum but still not activate shredder as there was still some paper stuck. Then flash of light. Now when I turn it on I only hear clicking of relay on circuit board. Any help is appreciated.
