We are a B & B and a corner of one of the dressing tables has been hit by luggage and the veneer split off. There is now bare wood showing - very small, but noticeable. How can we repair this and how can we protect in future? We are looking for something clear perhaps to tape along perhaps. We have glass on top of the tables. They are modern units from Homebase.
