how do I remove the filter on my Matsui mwm145w washing machine?
I've taken the cover off the front of the machine but I don't know whether to turn or pull the round plastic dial at the bottom of the machine. It's really fixed and I don't know how to remove it without breaking it. Any help would be appreciated.
