accord ademec microtech alarm will not set?

when we try to set alarm with the correct code the key pad just beeps twice therefore not letting the alarm set in full.what can i do to check or do so alarm will set

You've either changed the user code by mistake or the battery needs replacing in the panel this sometimes prevents you from setting it.
