its your thermostats carefully remove the back ie= where the heater is its from the center down then carefully take out the remaining 2 screws keeping a hold of the heater it is very delicate you will see 2 thermostats at the top of the frame 1 should have a hole in it if it has use a pin and reset it you will hear a click otherwise new thermostats hope this helps
