Remove the old line and the filter. Install a 15 to 20 inch piece of twine into the hole the line came out of now fish the line out of the fill hole on the tank. Cut the line into a very sharp V and tie the line to the twine, put a small amount of motor oil on the end of the line and pull through the hole cut to the desired length and install the filter on the end at the fill hole.
