white gunge under oil cap?

i have a vauxhall corsa and theres white/cream gung under the oil cap but not on the dip stick does this mean i need a head gasket or sum1 told me it was the breather leting in condensation which is whats causing it any1 got any idea?

if the car is not using any water/coolant, then it will most likely be condesation, especially if it is only used for short journeys, when the engine may not reach full operating tempreture.

if you are not losing any water out of header tank it will be most likely lack of servicing and clean breather pipes too
